TICKETS AVAILABLE AS FOLLOWS:

If you call the The pub or office during normal office hours 10am to 6pm, it will sometimes be possible to pay for tickets over the phone and for them to be left on the door for you to collect. The best and easiest way though is to go on the websites where all tickets are for sale.

Alternatively, you may wish to call into the Porter Pub in person, in George Street (next door to Moles Club), Bath & buy tickets over the bar. We are open from 11am-11pm Mon-Sat & 12noon-10.30pm on Sun. If it is very busy staff may have to ask you to wait until customers wishing to buy food or drinks have been served. The phone no of the Porter is 01225 424104. Please note, we do not accept stag nights at any of our venues - if you purchase tickets for a stag night you risk being refused entry to the venue.
The Porter is open:- Monday-Thursday 11.30am-12pm; Friday & Saturday 11.30am-1am; Sunday 12pm-11.30pm.
PLEASE NOTE: The Porter IS FOR THOSE WHO ARE 18+ ONLY - for Chapel Arts age limitations - please ring 01225 461700 as these vary from event to event.
Acceptable ID (to prove your age) for the time being is: A Full passport with photo/ A new style Driving Licence with photo/ A national university or polytechnic student ID with photo (not City of Bath College)/ A national ID card by the Portman Group with photo. If you appear to be under 18 ID WILL be required, so please make sure you bring some to avoid disapointment. The posession of a ticket for the gig does not remove the above requirements.
All early bird ticket holders (where applicable) must arrive before 10.30pm or pay the difference on the ticket price.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please note - We do not accept stag parties or stag nights. Attempts to bypass this prohibition could result in your party being refused entry to the venue in question. We also reserve the right to refuse admission to persons who are clearly innebriated or who are agressive to door staff or other patrons. We are not obliged to give a reason, but if we do refuse entry for any reason, we will give a full refund of the ticket price paid, but excluding the transaction charge.
Refund Policy. We will only refund money paid for tickets purchased, where an event is either incorrectly listed in terms of date, or where an event has had to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. Changing your mind, inability to attend the event, or any other reason will not be entertained as a reason for a refund. As long as the headline band play on the date specified on our website, and for which the ticket has been purchased, no refund will be allowed or possible. Notwithstanding the foregoing, under certain curcumstances refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management.
Cancellation policy. Once payment has been made or authorised, it is not possible to cancel this payment. Please make sure you have read our terms and conditions, and are certain that you wish to make this purchase, and that you have checked the dates and times of opening for the performance. Illness or any other reason for being unable to attend will not allow you to cancel this payment. If for any reason you feel you have a right to cancel, please follow our "refund policy" route above.
Delivery Details. We operate an e-ticket system similar to the airlines. You will be issued with a confirmation e-mail immediately upon completion of the transaction with your card issuer. This e-mail will have a unique reference number, which is your "e-ticket". Please print this out immediately, and bring it with you. You will also need to produce proof of indentity and be able to quote the last 4 digits of the card you used to make the payment, and the first line of your address. Please make sure you have this information available. Please note, that only the first people arriving with a confirmatory e-mail and proof of ID will allowed entry with this e-ticket. Do not pass details of this e-ticket and your ID onto other people - you will risk being refused entry if they arrive befoe you!

Returns Policy. We do not have a returns policy, as we are not selling any merchandise.
We charge a transaction fee of £1.00 for each transaction which will be added to the total charge. All transactions include VAT at the current rate.
