Hostels and budget accomodation
The YMCANot Strictly a B & B, but near the bottom of the price range. Prices are from £10 min in a dormitory to £24 on the weekend for a single room.

Youth Hostel Association - BathUp on the hill, near the university, this is a very stately looking youth hostel. I've never stayed there, so I can't comment, though it is a "rather long stagger" up the hill if you have a few too many bevvies in town! Rates are around a tenner.

Bath Backpackers HostelBath Backpackers is the most centrally located and convenient hostel in Bath. Only a 2 minute walk from both the train and bus stations and even closer to the Roman Baths and Abbey, the hostel is a great way to get the most out of your visit to Bath. Rates are from £12 per person for a shared room - mostly dormitory style though.

St Christopher's InnModern Bath is an important centre for the arts and culture, with many museums, exhibitions, concerts and performances scheduled throughout the year. St. Christopher's Inn is located smack bang in the centre of this fantastic city.
