Moles Bath Area Student Battle of the Bands
24 December 2004 Phew, at least I managed to get the title right. Bit of a mouthful I know but what else do you call it. So, what is it? It's a competition that is open to all over 18 Higher Education students ih the Bath areaa - by that we mean a maximum of 25 miles away. It's on similar lines to the normal Battle of the Bands competition - recently concluded, and will be held at Moles Club on Monday evenings. The prize will be time in Moles Studio - well respected 48 track recording facility above the club of the same name. Entries are being sought at the moment, as we would like around 30 bands to enter. The basic structure of the competion will be the same as the regular "moles battle of the bands", with 30 minute sets in the heats although the competition will probably not last as long, in terms of the number of nights.
