Benefit Gig at Moles
31 December 2004 I hope you are all having/had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. As you all know a lot of people haven't been so lucky in Asia this year. I have spoken to many people about the Earthquake and resulting Tsunami and am yet to meet anyone who didn't have a friend or relative in one of the many disaster zones when the wave hit. Thankfully, I am yet to hear from anyone who has lost a friend or relative, however the effect of the tsunami has been felt all over the world and so we at Moles feel that we should do our bit to help. As a result we shall be holding a fundraising gig on Monday 17th January in the club. The bands will be confirmed in due course but at the moment it looks like its going to be an exciting night of music with three great bands already agreeing in principle to play for free. We need your help in two ways, don't worry they're both pretty easy, all you need to do is to spread the word, tell your friends and family about the gig and help us fill the club out. The second thing you need to do is to come down on the 17th and have a bloody good night! Hope to see you all there.
