Ticketing on-line
![]() Picture of a ticket 04 December 2006 That's right - we now have ticketing on-line - courtesy of WorldPay. That's not to say it's been easy - in fact it's been very difficult to sort out, but finally it's working. Sorting out on-line payment systems, is like trying to read and understand Herman Hesse's "The Glass Bead Game" - extremely frustrating and confusing - like watching paint dry..... But after only 3 months beavering away, you can now browse the site, look at the various gigs, and then buy some tickets to your favourite gigs/bands. What's more, you can do this at any time of the day or night - that's 24/7 if you'll excuse the Americanism. We've tried to make it as easy and straightforward as possible - so it should take no more than a few clicks to have your e-tickets on their way to you in cyberspace. You can buy any sort of tickets you like - members, guests, or concessions, and use almost any type of credit or debit card to make your payment. If you are a regular purchaser of tickets, then you may wish to join the website so that when you purchase tickets it will autofill your details such as name and address etc (apart of course from your credit card details). You can also check your payment history on the site if you are a member. Sign-up to the site is very quick and easy, and only requires you to fill 4 fields with e-mail, screen name & password twice. If you are a website member, then you can post to the forum too, manage your e-newsletter preferences as well as read the new "music room" knowledge base articles when they come on line in a few weeks. Please note though that "website membership" is not the same as "Moles Club" membership (for which there is a fee). If you are not a "Moles Club" member, then you will need to pay the full guest or concession fee. Once you have made your payment, all you will need to do is print out the e-mail that Moles Company Ltd sends you as confirmation of your purchase, and bring along the credit card you used, or other form of ID. The office staff are all really looking forward to the new system. As you may imagine, selling hundreds of tickets over the phone for gigs like The Klaxons is very time consuming.
