The Porter Pub Quiz returns
 Quiz photo 13 February 2007 The Pub Quiz. A great British pub tradition, a kind of carbon offsetting for the brain, stimulate your brain cells by digging deep into the recesses of the mind, dragging out the few bits of knowledge left from GCSE geography and then kill a few hundred by consuming four pints of premium lager and yes even a few packets of crisps. Pub quiz's are great for a few things though, they provide an activity for those of us too to lazy to play darts or too paranoid to play pool, they reduce the pressure to actually make conversation and most importantly if it wasn't for the humble pub quiz what other use would there be to knowing the Capital of Bolivia? (One of the few counties to have two capital cities I'll have you know! Bonus point if you get them both... Sucre and La Paz) So what's all this talk of Quiz's? Yes you guessed it the Legendary Porter Pub Quiz is back after a short Christmas sabbatical with a brand new Pub Quiz Master! But not to worry it will still contain many of the same frivolities which set the Porters Quiz apart from other pubs dull attempts to stimulate those little brain cells of yours.
