Fringe Festival 2004
![]() random french band 06 January 2004 The New Year is finally here and looking forward to what 2004 holds, The Bath Fringe Festival comes to mind. For the uninitiated, Bath holds a fringe festival every year appropriately called The Bath Fringe Festival, which runs for roughly two weeks normally around the end of May, which takes place in various pubs and venues across town. The festival is now a well established fixture in the Bath entertainment year, and takes place around the same time as the International Music Festival in May. This event is organised by a committed group of Bath locals, headed by Wendy Mathews. As part of the festival, the Porter Cellar Bar will once again be running a cabaret stage, and this means we’ll be looking for acts of all kinds – anything from poetry to spoon playing – as quirky as you like! We have 3 or 4 acts per night, so we need lots of performers to fill all those slots - so don't be shy! Any acts/bands interested in performing as part of the festival should contact Michelle at Moles by e-mail, or by calling 01225 404445 Monday to Friday 2pm-6pm. |
